At MKD, we are a full-service countertop provider so we will be with you throughout the entirety of your project. Outlined below is the process involved with the purchase of a new countertop - it's that simple!
Initial Consultation
An initial consultation is scheduled as either an in-home appointment, phone meeting, or video presentation to provide a countertop estimate. For our in-home consultations, our design consultants will bring an array of samples for you to choose from.
Professional Measure
Once your contract is signed and payment is processed, our customer service team will contact you to schedule the professional countertop measure. This measure is completed using state-of-the-art technology, including laser templating and digital imagery tools.
Fabrication
After the final measure is approved, your countertop moves to production in one of our three countertop fabrication facilities. Our team uses the latest and most advanced equipment in the industry to produce the countertop to your specific space and needs.
Installation
Our crews will deliver and install your new countertop based on industry standards and safety protocols. Please refer to our install preparedness video for any questions you may have regarding your countertop installation.
